Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook pasta al dente according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl while warm.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. In the bowl with warm pasta, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle in Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the pasta to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 380°F for 10-14 minutes, shaking halfway through until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove pasta chips from the air fryer, garnish with extra Parmesan cheese, and serve warm with marinara sauce or pesto.
