- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook pasta al dente according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl while warm.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In the bowl with warm pasta, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle in Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until evenly coated.
- Transfer the pasta to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 380°F for 10-14 minutes, shaking halfway through until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove pasta chips from the air fryer, garnish with extra Parmesan cheese, and serve warm with marinara sauce or pesto.
