Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain.
  3. Sauté diced onion in olive oil for 3-4 minutes, then add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Add raw shrimp to skillet and cook until pink, then gently fold in lump crab meat and warm through.
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour to create a roux, then gradually whisk in milk and thicken.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley into the béchamel sauce.
  7. Layer in the baking dish: béchamel, noodles, seafood mixture, mozzarella. Repeat for three layers, finishing with noodles, béchamel, and mozzarella on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
