Preparation
  1. Begin by gathering all your fresh ingredients for the Crab Shrimp Queso. Chop the cooked shrimp into bite-sized pieces, slice green onions finely, and chop cilantro if using.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh crab meat and chopped shrimp into the cheese mixture.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes with green chilies, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro. Stir gently to combine.
