Step-by-Step Instructions for Cottage Cheese Wraps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a blender, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture onto the greased baking sheet and spread into a thin rectangle, approximately ¼ inch thick.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the top is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely to firm up.
- Cut the cooled wraps into sections and fill with your favorite ingredients, then roll them up.
