  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon the star spice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract for added flavor complexity

Preparation Instructions

  2. Combine softened cream cheese, almond flour, erythritol, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Melt shredded mozzarella cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds until gooey.
  4. Fold the melted mozzarella into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Scoop portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet and shape into rectangles, about 3 inches wide and 5 inches long.
  6. Whisk an egg in a small bowl, then brush it over each rectangle.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
