  • 4 pieces Croissants Freshly baked
  • 4 slices Havarti Cheese Creamy cheese
  • 8 slices Deli Turkey Roasted or smoked
  • 4 teaspoons Apricot Jelly or Jam For sweetness
  • 4 teaspoons Honey Mustard Sharp flavor
  • 1 handful Microgreens Optional
For the Topping
  • 4 tablespoons Garlic Butter For brushing
  • 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning Or sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Honey For drizzle

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
  3. Spread 1 teaspoon of apricot jelly on the bottom half and 1 teaspoon of honey mustard on the top half.
  4. Layer 4 slices of deli turkey on the jelly half and 2 slices of Havarti cheese on the mustard half.
  5. Add a handful of microgreens on the turkey before closing the croissant.
  6. Brush melted garlic butter on top and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  7. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite side salad or soup.
