Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of apricot jelly on the bottom half and 1 teaspoon of honey mustard on the top half.
- Layer 4 slices of deli turkey on the jelly half and 2 slices of Havarti cheese on the mustard half.
- Add a handful of microgreens on the turkey before closing the croissant.
- Brush melted garlic butter on top and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite side salad or soup.
