  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream Substitute with half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese May replace with nutritional yeast for a vegan alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken: Gently pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of 1/4 inch, coat with olive oil and sprinkle with blackened seasoning.
  2. Sear the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes, flip and add butter and garlic, cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, sauté for 1 minute, pour in cream, add seasoning, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until thick.
  4. Cook the Pasta: Cook the noodles until al dente, reserve 1/3 cup pasta water before draining.
  5. Combine Sauce and Pasta: Stir in Parmesan cheese, adjust seasoning, add pasta water, mix well, fold in the cooked pasta.
  6. Serve and Garnish: Slice the chicken, place on top of pasta, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, serve warm with garlic bread or salad.
