Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Combine 1 cup of rolled oats with 1 cup of almond milk in a medium mixing bowl. Stir well until uniform.

  3. Fold in half of the fresh blueberries into the mixture, leaving the rest for topping.
  4. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 6 hours to allow the oats to soften.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats, adjust sweetness, and top with remaining blueberries and optional granola or nut butter.
