- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, beaten eggs, half of the tomato sauce, torn bread, dried minced onion, dried parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray, then transfer the meatloaf mixture into the pan, leveling the top.
- In a small bowl, mix the remaining tomato sauce with brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving on croutons with mashed potatoes and fried onions.
