Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, beaten eggs, quick cooking oats, milk, half of the prepared ketchup glaze, finely chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared wire rack and shape it into a loaf approximately 9x5 inches.
  5. Spread half of the reserved glaze over the top of the shaped meatloaf. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes, spread the remaining glaze over the meatloaf. Bake for an additional 35 to 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 15 minutes before slicing to serve.
