- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pat the salmon dry, then coat both sides with the mixture.
- Preheat your broiler to 500°F (260°C). Place the seasoned salmon on a lined baking sheet and broil for 6 to 10 minutes until cooked through.
- While the salmon is broiling, dice the mango, avocado, and cherry tomatoes and combine in a mixing bowl. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and add salt and pepper. Toss gently.
- To serve, layer hot rice as the base in each bowl. Top with broiled salmon and mango avocado salsa.
