  • 1 teaspoon Salt Essential for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly cracked, adjust to taste
For the Salsa
  • 1 cup Mango Fresh preferred
  • 1 large Avocado Ripe for best texture
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Diced
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Freshly squeezed
For Serving
  • 2 cups Rice White or brown

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pat the salmon dry, then coat both sides with the mixture.
  2. Preheat your broiler to 500°F (260°C). Place the seasoned salmon on a lined baking sheet and broil for 6 to 10 minutes until cooked through.
  3. While the salmon is broiling, dice the mango, avocado, and cherry tomatoes and combine in a mixing bowl. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and add salt and pepper. Toss gently.
  4. To serve, layer hot rice as the base in each bowl. Top with broiled salmon and mango avocado salsa.
