Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by selecting ripe avocados; they should yield slightly when squeezed. Cut open the avocados and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Using a fork, mash the avocado until it reaches a creamy consistency.
  2. Take two slices of whole wheat bread and spread a generous layer of the mashed avocado on one slice. Place two slices of fresh tomato on top, then add cucumber and red onion slices.
  3. Layer fresh sprouts on the top of the vegetables for added crunch and nutrition.
  4. Place the second slice of whole wheat bread on top of the assembled ingredients and press down gently.
