- Begin by selecting ripe avocados; they should yield slightly when squeezed. Cut open the avocados and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Using a fork, mash the avocado until it reaches a creamy consistency.
- Take two slices of whole wheat bread and spread a generous layer of the mashed avocado on one slice. Place two slices of fresh tomato on top, then add cucumber and red onion slices.
- Layer fresh sprouts on the top of the vegetables for added crunch and nutrition.
- Place the second slice of whole wheat bread on top of the assembled ingredients and press down gently.
