Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened. Set aside to cool.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes until fragrant.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, place the fresh baby spinach, halve the strawberries and add, along with blueberries and crumbled feta cheese. Gently toss the ingredients together.
  4. Divide the salad among serving bowls, top with toasted pecans, and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
