Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients: canned black beans, ripe avocados, finely chopped onion, fresh cilantro, chili powder, and tortillas.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado until creamy, then add in the drained black beans, chopped onion, cilantro, and chili powder. Combine well.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side or microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel for 20 seconds.
  4. Lay a warmed tortilla flat, spoon a generous helping of filling onto the center, fold in the sides, and roll from the bottom up.
  5. Serve immediately while fresh and warm, optionally with salsa or guacamole.
